I have nothing but good things to say about my service from Josh, we talked 3 different times before I purchased the insurance. Each time he took his time checking to make sure my doctors were in network and telling me what my meds will cost. Also telling me about all the other benifits to the plan. I would definitely refer people to Josh

I called and left a message and Steve got right back to me. We discussed my Insurance needs and BlueCross was chosen to best suit my needs. It was an easy choice and was handled easily. I will call him again for my other insurance needs.

Mr wood is gone above and beyond what was needed. Very professional. He answered all my questions. He provided me with everything I needed. I would recommend Mr wood to anyone that is in need of insurance. So many of the Medicare insurance companies will not answer questions honestly. So far I've been very happy with my Florida Blue coverage. I asked for a list of service providers within the group and Mr wood provided it. This goes a long way to helping Seniors having to find all these different service providers. If you need insurance and you want a really good professional agent who will answer your questions and help you with all your needs call Jonathan wood.

I can honestly say that in my 64.5 years of life I have NEVER had such amazing customer service as I received today from Annie R. Five starts is far from adequate!! I worked with Jon Wood. He helped me to look at some plans for Florida blue. I am relocating to Florida and had to switch insurance from my Colorado former employer. I thought everything was going along good. I let my employer know that I was terminating my insurance in Colorado by the end of this month. Jon knew I was doing that but chose to send me an email saying that he was too busy and could not help me. Couldn’t even call me and tell me. I have one week to find another agent to help me with this. It was very difficult due to the fact that I had my Colorado insurance for 20 years and now had to learn about Florida insurance really quick. That’s OK though. I guess he wouldn’t of been a very good agent for me anyway since he is SO busy. I did find someone to help me thank goodness.

Jon has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly from our initial contact. He helped guide me with regard to applying for Medicare and is helping cancel my insurance through the exchange and making sure my wife who is not Medicare eligible remains insured.
